Good nutritional habits help the individual maintain good health. The challenge is to avoid foods that are nutritionally deficient. Avoiding factory foods containing multiple chemical preservatives, flavor enhancers and artificial sweeteners and have poor nutritional content should be avoided as much as possible. Learning to read and understand food labels is important to avoid this dilemma. Our goal at N2E is to help you understand how good nutrition can be accomplished, through assessment of your food consumption habits and overall health.

Staying physically fit requires doing exercise routines regularly commensurate with each individuals physical capability. Compliments healthy eating and helps balance calorie intake with caloric expenditure. The key to healthy exercise is to know your capacity for exercise by understanding your capabilities and limitations by taking a physical health assessment test.
Supplementation of specific nutrients are essential for good health when toxins we ingest in our food, inhale, drink or take by prescription or over the counter medications deplete nutrients essential for good health. As an example, a key nutrient that 3 out of 4 Americans are deficient in, is Vitamin D. The challenge with nutrient supplementation is to know what dosage is correct to prevent under or overdosing for the specific nutrient. Avoiding this situation can be accomplished by knowing the actual blood value of the nutrient through blood analysis. As an example, testing for 25(Hydroxy) Vitamin D in your blood can be done through a physician or by mail with a in-the-home test procedure. See sidebar.
